International Journal for Responsible Employment Practices and Principles

Published for the Council on Employee Responsibilities and Rights

International Journal for Responsible Employment Practices and Principles is the official publication of the non-profit Council on Employee Responsibilities and Rights (CERR) and the Association on Employment Practices and Principles (AEPP). The Journal stems from the 20 year history of our original Journal but with a more contemporary and international approach. The Journal focuses not only on the best in scholarly research, but also addresses the practical issues and needs of those in organizations. The Journal’s goals are to provide high-quality, peer-reviewed original research articles as well as practitioner-focused articles with academic rigor as well as relevancy to the real-world of those in organizations. Areas focused on include responsible employment practices and principles, responsibilities and rights, strategy and policy, contemporary moral issues and dilemmas, performance improvement, and elevation of ethical standards and practices. The Journal is interdisciplinary in focus, drawing from a broad range of disciplines including sociology, psychology, philosophy, political science, organizational behavior, ethics, industrial and labor studies, law, leadership studies, economics, employment relations, administrative and organizational studies.

The Journal is especially concerned with furthering the understanding of responsible employment practices and principles and the responsibilities and rights areas within the context of the increasing instability and economic uncertainty at both national and international levels.

If you are writing or have written a scholarly paper, essay or commentary, book review, case study, or something else for contributing to the Journal’s international audience of both scholars and practitioners in the employment practices and principals areas, please email a file in MS-Word format to Dr. John Keenan, Editor-in-Chief, IJREPP, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
